It doesn't apply if the mailbox or domain is blocklisted for reasons unrelated to warmup, or if the account breaks the acceptable use policy. “Email accounts” means accounts you connect yourself. The free mailbox we give every new workspace does not use one of those slots — it warms up alongside them, and campaigns send from your own accounts.
Warmup priced per mailbox charges you more precisely when the thing is working — you add senders because outreach is landing, and the bill climbs with them. The cost of warming a tenth mailbox is not ten times the cost of warming the first, so we do not pretend it is.
Every mailbox on your plan is warmed at no extra charge, and nothing you send is metered. LinkedIn is the one exception, priced per account, because that infrastructure genuinely is per-account.
Price is what you pay; getting a mailbox to actually land is what you want. Every plan includes guided setup that connects mailboxes, authenticates your domain and gets warmup running before you send anything.
After that you get campaign guidance from the same deliverability data the dashboard shows, and support from people who can read a DMARC report — not a chatbot loop.
No. Your plan comes with a set number of email accounts — 5 on Starter, 25 on Growth, 100 on Agency — and every one of them is warmed up at no extra cost. There is nothing to add on and nothing extra to buy. We do not charge per email either: how much you can send depends on how many accounts you have and how fast each one can safely send.
LinkedIn is $50 a month for each account you connect. That covers warming the account up and running outreach from it, plus search and a shared inbox. WhatsApp works the same way: your plan includes some numbers and extra ones are charged per number. WhatsApp is for one-to-one messaging and replies from your inbox, not campaign sequences (yet), and there is no WhatsApp warmup, because WhatsApp has no sender reputation to build. Warmup applies to email accounts and LinkedIn.
No. Take an email plan, a $50 LinkedIn account, or both. LinkedIn does not need an email plan alongside it.
Not on a paid plan. We do not meter campaign sends at all — what you can send is set by how many email accounts you have and how fast each one can safely send, which we ramp up for you. Warmup emails never count towards anything. The Free plan is the one exception: it allows 100 campaign emails a month, and warmup on top of that is still unlimited.
Yes, whenever you like. Moving up happens straight away. Moving down happens at your next billing date.
Yes, and it is a real plan, not a countdown. Free gives you one email account of your own that gets warmed up, one campaign, 100 campaign emails a month and 500 leads per campaign. We also hand you a mailbox on one of our domains so you have something warming on day one — that one is for warmup only, so campaigns go out from your own account. New free mailboxes are temporarily paused while we resolve a mail-server blocklist listing. No card, no time limit, and warmup emails never count against you. Paid plans also come with a 7-day trial that does ask for a card, and you are not charged until day 8 (day 31 if you claimed our 30-day offer on the site and start the plan within 14 days of signing up).
The Free plan holds no card, so there is nothing to cancel or refund on it. Paid plans start with a 7-day trial (30 days with our pop-up offer) and the first charge lands the day after it ends — day 8 on the standard trial. Cancel at any point before then and you are not billed at all. Once a payment has been taken it is not refunded, including part-way through a period, so the trial is the moment to decide. The one exception is our 30-day inbox guarantee, below. Cancel any time from Settings → Billing: no contract, no cancellation fee, access runs to the end of the period you paid for, and the workspace then moves to Free rather than locking. No, the trial gives you everything your plan includes. LinkedIn is the exception: it has no trial and is charged as soon as you connect an account.
